The Orillia Youth Basketball Association (OYBA) is a not for profit Corporation that provides recreational (house league) and rep (Orillia Lakers) basketball to Orillia and the surrounding communities. The OYBA is guided by its mission statement and governed by a volunteer board of Directors.

OYBA's Mission Statement: To operate and provide competitive and recreational basketball programs in Orillia that teach sportsmanship, that emphasize fair play and foster and promote respect for all players, officials and parents and co-operate with organizations and associations in Ontario concerned with promoting the sport of basketball.
